自古以來，人類意圖透過各種預測，面對或掌控未知的事物，而天空正是用以窺視未來的媒介之一，人們相信穹頂之上的變化，會對應並牽連著世間的命運，「天上如是，地下亦然」的概念也因此而生。作品藉著串連天氣預報、占星術以及戰爭科技，闡述天地之間的對應關係與轉變，而技術帶來的全知視野，亦是盤旋於空中的威脅。

Throughout history, humanity has turned to forecasting to navigate the unknown, with the heavens serving as an ancient oracle. The belief that cosmic shifts echo human destinies gave rise to the hermetic aphorism 'As above, so below.' By weaving together weather forecasting, astrology, and military surveillance technology, the work examines the shifting correspondences between heaven and earth, while questioning whether technological omniscience has itself become a hovering threat.
