《Ask For＿？》使用虛幻引擎（Unreal Engine）創造了一位名為「潔蓉」的算命師角色，她有著預設資料庫的知識與角色背景設定，且透過虛幻引擎的插件使其連結上ChatGPT，因此在展場中觀眾可以與潔蓉師姐對話，詢問有關她的故事與人生，也可以向她提出心中的煩惱、諮詢關於未來的建議。角色由於資料庫中的資訊與世界觀設定，給出的回答與觀點必然帶有一定程度的主觀意見，人們以為客觀的資訊其實背後有一雙透過技術操弄的手。作品試圖透過觀眾的參與，創造一種人們向網路及虛擬世界訴憂解惑的場景，並以此反思演算法中真偽交織的狀態，當我們在向網路大神提問之際，究竟是人類在使用工具，抑或是被技術主導著思想和行為？

Ask For ___ ? creates the role of a virtual fortune teller named 'Jie Rong'. During the exhibition, the audience can engage in dialogue with her, expressing their inner anxieties and seeking advice about the future. However, due to specific information and parameters within the database, the character’s responses are inevitably imbued with subjectivity. This reveals that what the public perceives as objective information is, in fact, governed by a hand of technological manipulation behind the scenes. The work interrogates: when we pose questions to these 'digital deities,' are humans utilizing a tool, or is technology directing our thoughts and behaviors?
