SMOKE OF GUNPOWDER

隨著技術的發展，透過貿易、衛星數據與演算法運作的戰爭滲入日常，形成一種難以察覺卻無所不在的對抗。在這種情境之下，人們彷彿被環繞於災難之中卻無力回應，只能在持續的威脅中運轉日常的軌跡。《硝煙》將3D列印的飛彈、坦克與士兵等物件改造為香座，當點火焚香之時，槍口所釋出的不再是硝煙，而是香料燃燒後的煙霧，試圖在安寧與動盪之間構築一種中介狀態，隱喻當代戰爭幽微、不易覺察的轟鳴。

By transforming 3D-printed objects such as missiles, tanks, and soldiers into incense holders, Smoke of Gunpowder attempts to construct an intermediate state between tranquility and turmoil, serving as a metaphor for the subtle, imperceptible roar of contemporary warfare. When the incense is lit, what is released from the muzzles is no longer the smoke of gunpowder, but the smoke from burning incense.
